We will not ask you to make a deposit or to pay us in advance. You will only make your payment for our tour programs when you are in Nepal – directly to us with no intermediaries or foreign agencies involved!

As soon as you have booked your flights, please send us a copy of your booking. When we receive the booking of your flights, the status of your reservation on our tour will change into a firm booking.
We will then send you a confirmation with all the details that you need.

If you happen to arrive a day earlier of your booked tour, or you intend to stay longer afterwards, we can help you find an accommodation according to your wishes.
With our confirmation and your flight tickets, you are set to start an unforgettable adventure!

As soon as you arrive in Nepal, we will take care of you. We will pick you up from the airport and take you to the first hotel of the program. You can take a rest or refresh according to your wishes. Only ater that day, we will ask you to pay for your whole tour.
